• Address an issue where copying authorizations from one role to another would inadvertently modify the source role authorizations.
• Address issues with Hierarchy Append:
  • In some cases, a duplicate key error was encountered
  • In some cases, the screen would hang
• Address an issue where an incorrect error message was displayed when running a Data import/Data Transfer when the mapped member name did not exist.

Consolidation:

• Address issue where the JE Recurring process did not always copy the Journal Entry if the same Journal Entry already existed in the target period

• Add the ability to overwrite the export file when exporting via a Model Export workflow task.
• Address issue where a Homepage could not be assigned to more than 6 Roles.
• Address issue where the Subprocess syntax {{{Subprocess}.Parent}.Name} was not resolving correctly.

• Update the license key for AG Grid.
• Address an issue where the post date of newly created recurring JEs are incorrect. This issue occurred when the Recurring from Date field was entered manually in the edit box instead of using the member selector.
• Address issues where the shared member was auto-populated in the JE instead of the base member.
• Address an issue where importing a data load file that contained blank values in the first column would result in the File Import task not importing all the records in the file.
• Address an issue in the JE module where a user was prompted to save changes before performing any actions even though there were no changes made.
• Address issue where an error occurred when opening the Consolidation Rules form.
• Address an issue in Fluence Explorer where cutting and pasting a folder would not paste the folder in the correct location.
• Address an issue in the Multi Dimensional Calculations form where the user interface displayed a validation error for a valid rule. This issue occurred in systems where the Multi Dimensional Calculations included custom dimensions.
• Address an issue where duplicating a Data Import Definition did not copy the Field Mappings and Clear Data Settings to the new Data Import Definition.
• Address an issue where some authorizations were missing from the User Reports.
• Add Log Out tile on Tenant Selection page to log out of Fluence portal.

Consolidation:

• Address issue where the Copy Opening process did not work properly in a system with weekly time periods.
• The Copy Opening process has been updated for European tenants to only copy data to the closing movement for accounts where the classification is of type Asset, Liability or Equity.
• Address issue with the Pre-Acquisition Consolidation method.
• Address issue in Consolidation when the ownership percentage was change at the top level parent.
• Address issue in Consolidation when the Source Other Dimension parameter was set to a parent member.
• In some cases, the Consolidation procedure would fail if there were NULL values stored in the Deferred Tax Rate table.
• In European tenants, the Copy Opening process could cause duplicate data when run more than once on the same period.
• In some cases, running conversion in tenants with a lot of override rates could cause the calculation to time out.
• Address issue in the Consolidation Rule web editor where the editor did not load if tax rates were updated.
• Address issue where the initialize ownership process did not update all required settings in the Manage Ownership table.
• Address issue where the Copy Data process would not work correctly if an invalid member name was selected for source or target.
• Address issue where the Consolidation process was incorrectly copying P&L account values from the pervious year to the current period for the Sold method.

This hotfix includes the following:

Platform:

• In some cases, users were not able to see their active Workflow activities
• In some cases, users would experience a 401 Unauthorized error when trying to access their tenant.

Consolidation:

• Addressed issue where Special Event Consolidation rules did not calculate correctly when they contained more than one repartition rule
• Addressed issue where the Calculation procedure could clear prior period data
• In some cases, the Consolidation calculation produced an error if the Sold method was used in a system with a Group dimension
• Addressed issues with the Copy Opening process on systems with non standard dimension names

Web Administration forms will now validate that all fields have been correctly set. This feature has been introduced to make it easier for administrators to detect if there are underlying issues with any Consolidation rules.

For example, if an Account member has been selected for a rule but its associated Account key is not properly stored, this member will display as invalid. This may have happened if the rules were originally created through the Fluence Excel Add-In versions of the editors.

To correct the settings, please reselect the member or list item. This will correct any associated keys.

Note: These validations are only visual indicators. If the rule fields are showing as invalid, this does not change how the calculation is run. These are soft validations, meaning you can still edit or save your rules even if some settings have been flagged as invalid.

• Enhancements to Acquisition Balance Sheet. 
• Several enhancements to the Journal Entry Copy and Posting process.
